Dorka Nagy-Jozsa

Dorka Nagy-Jozsa is a keynote speaker specializing in neuroscience-driven performance and AI adoption for leaders navigating a polycrisis.

Dorka has been recognized as Best Speaker more than twenty times, delivering over 200 presentations worldwide. She speaks at global conferences on how leaders can leverage neuroscience and AI to make better decisions, build high-performing teams, and thrive in uncertain environments.

Her recent highlights include a closing keynote at the IFPSM World Summit in Xiamen, China, and a spotlight session at the SHRM Inclusion Summit in Denver on decision biases in leadership.

She is a PCC-certified organizational developer with 20 years of leadership experience in HR consulting and supply chain management. Under her guidance, Y2Y has worked with major organizations on AI-driven transformation strategies and runs a globally ranked leadership blog.

Beyond corporate work, Dorka is a sports mental trainer and team leader of the Hungarian WorldSkills team.

Before founding Y2Y in 2016, she held leadership roles at Coca-Cola HBC and DHL, and earned her MSc in Economics from Budapest Corvinus University.
