Gerlyn Tiigemäe is an AI strategy advisor, speaker, and educator with over a decade of experience in finance, analytics, and enterprise data governance. She led financial reporting and automation at one of Estonia’s largest energy companies before transitioning to AI consulting and training.

Her current focus is on helping finance teams and data-driven organizations adopt AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and aligned with business value. She supports mid-sized and large companies in identifying automation opportunities, upskilling their teams, and building internal AI capabilities – without requiring deep technical backgrounds.

Gerlyn is the co-creator and host of the AIPowerment Podcast – Estonia’s first podcast fully dedicated to artificial intelligence- and has trained more than 1,000 professionals on AI literacy, prompting, and organizational readiness. Her teaching style is clear, grounded, and hands-on, with a strong focus on turning AI hype into tangible outcomes.
