Most enterprises remain early in the scaling journey. McKinsey’s 2025 survey found that 88% of respondents’ organizations regularly used artificial intelligence in at least one business function, while only 39% reported any enterprise-level EBIT impact from AI. The gap is rarely caused by the models alone; it also reflects data access, legacy integration, language coverage, and organizational readiness.
